We were absolutely thrilled to welcome Emma Watkins and the Postcards team to Sisko Chocolate as part of Season 2026, Episode 3 & 8 — and what a visit it was!

Emma sat down with our founder Christina for a warm and wonderful chat about the story behind Sisko Chocolate, our passion for crafting exceptional chocolate experiences, and what makes our little corner of Trentham so special.

Of course, no visit to Sisko would be complete without indulging in some of our most loved creations. Emma got to taste her way through a selection of our specialty chocolates, including our iconic Sphere Experience, the delicate Flower, and the irresistible Caramel Apple — each one a little work of art.

We also took the Postcards team behind the scenes to see the magic that goes into every piece we create. It was a joy to share our craft and our passion with such a wonderful crew.
