All of our products are hand-crafted in small batches to ensure that they are always of the highest quality. As a result, there may be occasions where there is a 7-10 day lead-time, especially if you are ordering significant quantities. If this potential lead-time is of concern to you, please contact us to confirm that we are able to meet your requirements.
We offer click and collect if you are local to any of our three stores, we can also send express. Please get in contact to discuss timelines should you need a super speedy delivery. Though we cannot guarantee an arrival date, we will make every effort to send your package as quickly as possible.
Our heat policy also states that we reserve the right to hold orders in instances of extreme heat, until we are satisfied that your order can be shipped without significant risk that your chocolate will melt. However, you have the right to request immediate delivery of your order despite the heat if you agree to accept the risk. We will keep in constant contact with you if such a situation were to arise.
Shipping is a flat rate of $15 for standard orders. We also offer a $20 delivery fee using our partner courier 'White Glove'.

Sisko Chocolate goes to great lengths to source and to produce the very best products for our customers. Our reputation depends on it. However, we are dealing with a food product that is organic, fragile and can deteriorate with temperature. Therefore on rare occasions our product may not meet expectations.
In the case of sculptures and similar, if kept correctly, these can generally be expected to last and be edible for 3-6 months.
The best way to maintain the edibility of your Sisko Chocolate is to keep them in a room where the temperature remains at less than 22’ and out of direct sunlight.
