- Hunter - Gatherer Sangiovese 2021 Heathcote 750ml
This Sangiovese was made with grapes gathered from the Chalmers vineyard in Colbinabbin, northern Heathcote. The grapes were destemmed and fermented in open vats with indigenous yeast. We matured the wine in seasoned oak barrels for around 8 months before bottling. Flavours of cherry and tobacco with notes of earth and spice
