Inside the Artisan Chocolate Studio | Spudfest Special Edition

Join us at Spudfest Trentham for an intimate evening celebrating chocolate craftsmanship. Step inside our working studio to discover how small-batch chocolate is made as an art form. Enjoy a welcome drink, guided cacao-to-couverture tasting flight, live tempering demonstration, ganache-making insights, and artisan tastings throughout. Connect with founder Christina Tantsis as she shares the stories behind our craft. This is a behind-the-scenes experience, not a hands-on class. Sunday 5:30pm–7pm, limited to 18 guests, $85 per person.
